
An article titled “The Relationship Between Perceived Stress and Cognitive Flexibility in Adults: The Mediating Role of Life Satisfaction and Cognitive Distortions,” co-authored by Prof. Dr. Mustafa Çakır, Head of our Department, has been published in the Journal of Culture and Values in Education (2026, Volume 9, Issue 1).
This study examines the relationship between perceived stress and cognitive flexibility by exploring the mediating roles of life satisfaction and cognitive distortions, and represents an interdisciplinary research effort that integrates knowledge from multiple fields.
